Joining Transworld in 2002, George comes from a diversified background with over 40+ years of successful business ownership and experience. As Owner/President, lead a $2M Retail/Food Service company into a $17M operation thru aggressive management and 12 acquisitions. He also founded and developed the largest privately owned vending products distribution company in the Northeast US with sales exceeding $30M
After years of successful ownership, George redirected his entrepreneurial skills to consulting for small and medium sized businesses. He focus on the foodservice, manufacturing and healthcare industries in the areas of strategic planning, work flow, productivity improvement, budgeting, sales and labor relations. In this arena, he was also a key player in structuring and negotiation the sale of several companies.
George has had extensive experience interfacing and negotiating with lawyers, accounting professionals and lending institutions which, when combined with his diversified background are valuable assets for a business broker. George has excellent inter-personal skills and attributes his success in business to being responsive to the needs of his clients.
