Once in South Florida, Jim practiced real estate for a distinguished commercial real estate firm before becoming a business broker for the most prestigious firm of its kind. Jim is also a successful entrepreneur. As co-founder of Bonkers Performance Teas, Inc. Jim and his partner set up manufacturing, distribution, inventory management, product development, marketing and advertising for their nationally retailed product.
