With a diverse background in management consulting, industrial manufacturing, digital program management, and litigation support consulting, Ryan has developed a strong foundation in business and economics perspectives.
During his time as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, Ryan worked with Consumer-Packaged Goods clients on product strategy and frontline operations. Ryan also served Telecommunications companies in developing innovative sales and marketing strategies, including pioneering the concept of Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV). In the Oil & Gas industry, Ryan focused on organizational design and operational risk following a major environmental disaster.
As a Global Program Manager at Google, Ryan honed their executive business acumen by driving go-to-market strategies for the mid-market Ads business. Additionally, as a Principal at Keystone Strategy, Ryan led teams of litigation support consultants working on complex legal matters such as Anti-Trust & Competition cases.
Ryan holds bachelor’s degrees in economics and French Language from Morehouse College and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley Haas School of Business.
