The buyer owns a variety of similar custom print and apparel businesses across the United States and Canada and was eyeing opportunities to expand into the greater Boston area. In addition to the location, the buyer was impressed by the business’s strong margins and loyal customer base. A deal was struck quickly and the transaction was completed in a matter of weeks.
