Armed with a certification in personal training earned while still working her corporate job, she opened a new location of the fitness franchise she had been a loyal member of. She would go on to purchase two additional locations throughout Massachusetts during her time in the industry. Having previously sold the first two studios, the seller was ready to let go of her final studio and spend more time with her family. She leaves on top, having built the highest grossing location across the entire franchise.
The buyers are neighbors and business partners with a shared portfolio of real estate investments. Their passion for fitness, female empowerment and transformation attracted them to the industry and made the franchise’s business model appealing. The deal was completed quickly and the new owners are enjoying getting to know everyone in the community.
