Together they bring a combined forty plus years of entrepreneurial, mergers and acquisition, and small business experience which played a large role in making this transaction a success. This deal was very challenging at times and impacted because of COVID. However, a culmination of a lot of hard work and creative thinking by the team they were able to successfully facilitate relationships with lenders, attorneys, and licensors to get this transition closed.

Business Broker, Mark Tremblay, found an experienced director that was seeking a school to buy. The buyer is very excited to take on this venture and the seller is looking forward to retirement.
