Aaron Fox,'s 15 years of small business and strategic acquisition experience played a crucial role in making this transaction a success. The deal was challenging at times, however Aaron played a vital role in facilitating several relationships including franchisor, landlords, lenders, and the attorneys to get this transition closed.
Signarama is an established sign franchise that has built a strong reputation and customer base in the community by being the leader for signs, graphics and branding for 15 years. The buyer came from a corporate background and has excellent experience in project management and customer relationship management. He was able to put his past contacts and experience to work and secure new clients before he even put the key in the door on his first day!
Aaron Fox, Managing Director of the North Boston Office represented the seller. The sale was challenged by the COVID impact, and Aaron successfully navigated the transaction through negotiation and extensive lender requirements to keep the deal together.
