Congratulations to Managing Director, Aaron Fox , for successfully facilitating the sale of a top-rated day care center in Boston to a national independent operator. The daycare center has been providing curriculum rich progressive programs to wonderful families of both area residents and commuters for over a decade and will continue to provide quality programs for families of generations to come.

Aaron, worked with the buyers to navigate the process through licensing, lending, landlords, deal structuring and employee transitions. Utilizing the bank lending programs and the operating history of both the center being acquired and the performance of the buyers centers we were able to extend the credit options to include working capital and future lines for expansion as adjacent space becomes available.

Like many business transactions, numerous obstacles were faced in getting this business to the closing table. Aaron played a critical role in navigating many parts and relationships with lenders, lawyers, accountants, appraisers, and brokers to ensure a smooth and successful transaction!
