Aaron, identified and worked with the buyer to navigate the process, connecting him with trusted advisors to help with the operational and regulatory requirements to transfer the business successfully. Through extensive 3rd party lender reviews and requirements as well as the necessary inspections, Aaron maintained the communication and process to keep the acquisition on a course.
The business will continue to operate and provide customers with services ranging from last-mile and door-to-door services all the way to specialty hauling, storage and trailer rentals. We are excited to see the expansion the new ownership plans to roll-out and all the additional services on the horizon in both interstate and international services.
