Business Broker, Aaron Fox found a strategic buyer who operated other locations and had the relationships and licenses in place to quickly and efficiently navigate the state approval process. The buyer will bring a new vision to the store in both product offering and appearance with a goal of maintaining the strong community connection built by the store over the past 3 decades.
Undoubtedly, 15 years of small business and strategic acquisition experience in played a major role in making this transaction a success. Aaron’s knowledge of family business ownership and industry operations added significant value to both the Sellers and the Buyers during this deal and the success of the transaction.
