"The buyers were two partners that were looking to grow a semi absentee business," DeMoraes said. "They both have full time jobs but were looking for something near their home and in which they felt they could scale. The seller worked very hard to make this a semi absentee so she could focus on her family. She originally was heavily involved in the business, but to be able to grow it and then step back and still be able to sell it is truly a success owed to the seller."
