Transworld has been living and working in the Cherry Creek North neighborhood for some time now. We've enjoyed the convenience of a beautiful, walkable community, a few too many coffee shops just blocks away and numerous restaurants to hold client meetings. Sadly though we must bid our sweet neighborhood goodbye. We have grown to a team of 11 over the past year and we are simply too big to fit into our office space anymore. Our Thursday staff meetings are like jamming into a clown car! And while we've made do and enjoyed getting to know each other really well, it is time to move on and acquire a little more elbow room. With that, we would like to introduce you to our new offices within Enterprise 5280.
Enterprise 5280 is a coworking space that will help us continue our adventure as the largest brokerage firm in Colorado. They offer us some unique benefits like allowing us to be surrounded by a community network of colleagues. We will have access to various types of work and recreational spaces to help foster the best productivity for each member of our staff. But the biggest benefit of all has to be that Sailor, our canine office mascot, is still welcome to join us while we work.
Enterprise 5280 is located in a remarkable neighborhood called the River North Art District or RiNo. RiNo, just north of downtown Denver, has a high concentration of creative businesses, including architects, art galleries, designers, furniture makers, illustrators, painters, media artists, photographers, sculptors and an array of studio spaces. Also making quite a home in RiNo are many craft breweries.
Transworld is very excited to be able to work in a place that cultivates such great levels of creativity. In a statement from our President, Jessica Fialkovich, she said, "Our team has flourished in the environment we have been able to provide them thus far, I can't imagine the leaps and strides they will make when benefitting from the social aspects of the community and from the sheer amount of productivity and innovation surrounding them. Not to mention bringing clients into such a positive environment will hopefully put them right at ease."
