The first plumbing and HVAC company offers gas pipe installation, septic tank services, and water testing, among other services. They also provide plumbing and heating installations for new residential builds. The second plumbing and HVAC business offers residential and commercial heating, cooling, plumbing and solar field services. This business has service agreements and contracts in place already providing steady cash flow to the buyer. The buyer saw the tremendous opportunity in each business, acquired them both and is merging them together. John Wahl with Live Oak Bank did the financing on this deal.
