Be sure to turn off VPN's, close email and text services, and beware of streamining services elsewhere in your home or office that may absorb critical bandwidth to support your call. 

*If you booked an in-person meeting, please note that we've added a 1 hour buffer for travel time to the front and back of the meeting. We do our best to arrive promptly, but depending on the time of day, travel can be affected by traffic and other inconveniences.
