KNOXVILLE, TENN.—Transworld Business Advisors announced today that Kelly Kasper is joining the company as director of operations. Kasper brings more than a decade of experience in higher education to the Transworld Knoxville and Chattanooga team.
In the director of operations role, she will focus on supporting the Knoxville and Chattanooga teams to ensure efficient office operations and work with the teams to develop and achieve organizational goals, execute strategy, and oversee communication and marketing.
"We are excited to add Kelly to the Transworld team as our Director of Operations. Kelly brings dynamic credentials that will help elevate our ability to further assist our clients in buying or selling a business.” Doug Kose, president of Transworld Knoxville and Chattanooga, said.
Kasper previously served for two years as interim director of the French language program at Indiana University where she earned her PhD in 2021 at IU. The Green Bay, Wisc., native relocated to the Knoxville area this fall, and chose the area for her love of the outdoors and the city’s proximity to many outdoor adventures.
“This is the perfect combination of an excellent company in a beautiful part of the country to live and work,” Kasper said. “I’m thrilled to join such a positive, motivated, hard-working team, and help entrepreneurs take such a big step in their lives.”
