A Message from CEO

Fellow Entrepreneurs,

Selling or buying a business is a very complex process. I get it. I grew up in an entrepreneurial family and have been involved in hundreds of business sale transactions over the past 40 years. I originally came to Transworld as a buyer looking to purchase a business and was so impressed with Transworld’s global business brokerage systems and success that I decided to buy the Transworld Houston franchise then several years later purchased the New Mexico and Wyoming franchises. Since acquiring Transworld Houston (now known as Transworld South & West Texas) in 2013 I have worked hard to differentiate Transworld from our competitors. I have built a uniquely strong and diverse team of seasoned business brokers, added a customer-focused support organization, and importantly leveraged Transworld’s “world-class” business sale systems. In 2022 I expanded my Transworld franchise to include Corpus Christie, Victoria, Huntsville, Beaumont, Galveston, El Paso, Midland-Odessa, McAllen, Brownsville, College Station, Conroe, The Woodlands, San Antonio and Lubbock. 

I started the business on my own and gradually built our Business Brokerage to be the TOP business brokerage firm in South & West Texas and one of the top business brokerage teams in the entire country. We have an exceptional team of experienced business executives, consisting of former business owners, CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CPAs, and multi-unit franchise owners. Our team understands business owners and they understand how to make business sales happen. We work individually and together to successfully bring like-minded buyers and sellers together in the business sale process. We leverage the considerable resources available to us to advantage business buyers and sellers. We believe in proactively and aggressively marketing the businesses we list.

The business sale process can be a complicated one with many of the key stakeholders working against the buyer and the seller. We have a proven process for selling businesses that increases the odds of a successful business sale. We successfully work with lenders, landlords, franchisors, accountants, financial planners, business transaction attorneys, business coaches, and other professionals who can complicate and often kill the sale of a business.
