McKINNEY, TX, December 2020 – Pam Vincent, President of Transworld Business Advisors North Dallas/Ft. Worth, today announced Jason Carmichael had joined the firm as a business advisor. In this role, Jason will provide business brokerage services to Transworld clients, including qualifying buyers, establishing the right price for the business, and marketing the business through Transworld’s worldwide brokerage network.

For more than twenty years, Jason served in senior leadership positions overseeing manufacturing, distribution, and quality assurance. After moving out of the corporate arena, he turned his professional expertise towards the small- and mid-sized market space.
In this role, Jason provided consulting services, including supply chain optimization, staffing, and merchant services for various industries.
After obtaining a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University, Carmichael worked for Land O’ Lakes in various management roles, including quality assurance supervisor, business analyst, and plant manager. Jason’s professional career and leadership growth continued with DeLaval (a division of Tetra Laval Group), Charm Science, and later his own business franchise – voted Best of Denton County six years in a row.
Jason and his family live in Flower Mound, Texas, where he is active in a wide variety of social and business organizations. He is a graduate of Leadership Flower Mound and is active in multiple north Texas chambers of commerce, including Flower Mound, Lewisville, and Highland Village. Jason currently serves as Chairman of the Board for the Cross Timbers YMCA in Flower Mound.
