World’s Leading Business Broker Sees Significant Activity From Buyers and Sellers
McKINNEY, TX, May 2020 – In support of the dynamic changes taking place in today’s business climate, Pam Vincent, President of Transworld Business Advisors North Dallas/Ft Worth, today announced the expansion of its North Dallas/Ft. Worth operations with the addition of two new business advisors: Elizabeth Files and Kevin Kyser. In their advisory role, they will assist Transworld clients with business brokerage services. These services will include sourcing qualified buyers, utilizing Transworld’s worldwide network to market the business, and establishing the right price for the business.
“Covid-19 has changed the future business climate; not just for big business, but more fundamentally for small business owners and entrepreneurs,” said Pam Vincent, President of Transworld North Dallas/Ft. Worth. “As the world’s leading business brokerage firm, we are seeing significant activity from both buyers and sellers. These two seasoned professionals acutely familiar with the dynamic DFW business climate will be a tremendous benefit to our clients and an asset to our firm.”
Elizabeth Files
Elizabeth Files offers extensive hands-on expertise as an entrepreneur and small business owner who started a business, grew it successfully, and ultimately sold the business.
As a former high school math teacher and coach, Elizabeth has lived the American success story. After seeing a presentation on Shark Tank, Elizabeth contacted the company from the show and became their first franchise owner. That business opportunity resulted in Elizabeth owning and operating the most popular retail family play/party venue in Frisco, Texas.
She went on to help the franchisor establish best practices in space design and training for future franchisees. Leveraging that successful experience and expertise, Elizabeth began mentoring other small businesses in business development, operations, and marketing.
Elizabeth has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of North Texas and lives with her family in Prosper.
Kevin Kyser
Kevin Kyser’s professional experience includes the full range of business expertise; from serving in top-level senior executive roles with Fortune 100 companies to successfully developing and managing his own small business.
After graduating from Baylor’s Hankamer School of Business with a degree in accounting and obtaining his CPA, Kevin began his professional career with the accounting firm KPMG. Kevin’s professional growth led to his role as CFO for a publicly-traded technology company that was acquired by Xerox. He then served as COO for their $1.7 billion IT Outsourcing Group.
Kevin lives with his family in Frisco, Texas where he has served as a director on a variety of professional and non-profit boards; serving on the Advisory Board for Baylor’s Hankamer School of Business, Board Member and Audit Committee Chairman for Homeland Healthcare, and Executive Director of HIS Bridge Builders, a ministry focused on restoring urban communities.
“Elizabeth and Kevin bring professional skills and business expertise that will be a tremendous benefit to small and large business owners alike,” Vincent explained. “With sales and financial numbers all over the map during this dynamic economic period, their vast financial knowledge gives our clients the security and confidence of knowing they will be obtaining the highest and most accurate market value for their business.”
