1. Tell us about a large pool project you built?
Keith: Well we've put in some water parks and pools and have done many renovations over the years. The price on building a large YMCA pool is about $3.5 Million.
2. How did you know when it as time to sell?
Keith: With being in business over 43 years with 35 employees, it was a great long journey but there comes a point when you just can't do it anymore. I had reached that time.
