Headquartered in Houston, TX, Frontier provides a full suite of emergency services including fire and water damage mitigation and restoration, mold cleanup and removal, content pack-out and storage, and reconstruction services throughout Texas and the broader Gulf Coast region.
As a result of Austin’s aggressive marketing campaign, the business was pursued by over a hundred prospective buyers. Austin worked diligently with the seller in vetting multiple offers and untimely selecting Seaside Equity Partners, LLC ("Seaside Equity") as the final buyer. Ultimately, Austin skillfully navigated the negotiation and due diligence processes, ensuring the successful closure of the deal.
