This business was first founded in 2004 by 3 brothers who each played a role in developing and promoting the business. After 15 years of successful operation, the family asked Transworld to facilitate the sale of their business. Shathi, one of Transworld’s top Houston agents, was able to identify a qualified international and strategic buyer seeking expansion opportunities in the Houston market. The new buyer was granted a lease assignment by the landlord and intends to continue to operate the business under the current name. Details of the deal structure were not released.
