After six months of due diligence and negotiations, including the execution of the Letter of Intent with the seller, the transaction successfully closed nine months after the initial meeting between the buyer and seller. This comprehensive approach ensured that all aspects and documentation related to the acquisition, including the Asset Purchase Agreement, Real Estate Purchase Contract, and all related ancillary documents, were diligently negotiated, and finalized.
