One of Transworld’s most recent transactions was that of BCK, an Americana bar and eatery located in the desirable Greater Heights area. The restaurant owners officially announced on April 22nd that they would be closing their doors. With the assistance of Ron Hankamer of Transworld Business Advisors of Houston, a new strategic buyer was sought out to purchase the assets of the existing business and assume the lease.
BCK first opened in early 2018 and experienced a ton of success as a new concept to the area, however, after challenges surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and matters involving renegotiating a lease, the owners felt it was time to move on. Sellers shared many thanks to the landlord and the local community for the past support and promise to come back soon with a new concept for the area.
