VP, Bob Latham Assists Owner in the Sale of a Rare Mobile Home Park

Due to the impacts of COVID-19, the sale of this mobile home park and investment property faced many challenges for the Purchaser. Business and property first went under contract in early March of 2020 just prior to the announcement of the possible outbreak of the Corona Virus. Shortly after, a state and nationwide mandatory shutdown was enforced complicating the sale. Bob’s creative problem solving and follow-through skills, combined with years of experience in selling commercial real estate were crucial in making this deal possible. After numerous amendments, perseverance paid off with a successful close after eight months.
