VP Bob Latham Completes the Sale of a Dental and Medical IT Business

Providing a turnkey solution from network design and installation to continued service desk and equipment maintenance offerings, the business has grown steadily over its history and is well poised to continue to do so under the leadership of the new owner. The buyer is a perfect match, having simultaneously closed on the sale of his nearly identical business in Albuquerque, NM.

Bob Latham, Vice President of the Houston Office represented the seller. The sale was challenged by the COVID impact, making capital access difficult for several buyers, and ultimately a last minute re-negotiation kept the deal together. Bob has had substantial experience in network and system design and maintenance having lead several ERP and MRP migrations as the head of manufacturing businesses.
